An artist can express himself in many ways. For Luis Santos, it has been through cakes and pastries.

Luis Santos is a master pastry chef and owner of Pastries with Passion.

Hailing from Portugal, he started his passion for pastry making at the age of 16.

He served for 10 years at the Café’ Central de Almada where he gained his training under a system that was as rigorous and demanding as anything in France. From there he worked as Head Pastry Chef for a number of years at “Grand coffee house and cake shop” in the heart of Lisbon.

For the past 20 years crafting his art in Australia, Pastries with Passion takes pride in making the best quality pastries, cakes, slices and muffins available in Sydney.

Luis has gathered the best in the Industry to work with him, recruiting only passionate chefs who take pride in their art. His business goal is to “provide the best product, at affordable prices”.

Over the years, Luis Santos has supplied to The Opera House, The Art Gallery, Powerhouse Museum and café’s in the QVB.
